Chief Financial Officer ( Karachi | Remote | PKR)

Client company introduction:

Our client company is a  one-stop shop for real estate private equity combining legal, title, and investment expertise to close over $1B in deals annually.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis:
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals. Build and maintain models to forecast growth, cash flow, and profitability.

Investor Relations & Reporting:
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to investors. Communicate key insights, milestones, and financial performance with clarity and credibility.

Fundraising Support:
Collaborate with the executive team to support capital raising activities, including pitch decks, due diligence, financial modeling, and investor Q&A.

Accounting & Compliance:
Oversee bookkeeping, financial statements, audits, and tax compliance. Ensure all legal and regulatory financial practices are met.

Budgeting & Cost Management:
Lead budgeting processes, monitor expenditures, and identify areas for optimization and cost savings

Cash Flow & Capital Management:

Maintain healthy cash flow, manage burn rate, and advise on investment opportunities or financial risks.

Team Building:
Build and manage the internal finance function or coordinate with outsourced accounting/finance partners.

Required skills:

Financial reporting and compliance (GAAP/IFRS)

Strategic planning and execution

Cash flow and capital management

Risk management and internal controls

Cost reduction and operational efficiency

Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration

Advanced financial modeling and forecasting

Qualifications/Experience required:

ACCA, CA, or equivalent qualification.

Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.

Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
