About the company:

Hiring for a for-profit community platform based in Karachi that brings together mental health and wellness professionals — psychologists, life coaches, and holistic health practitioners — along with university students pursuing related fields.

Role Overview ~ Community Manager

The Role

This is a high-ownership, hands-on field role. The Community Manager will be responsible for building a university ambassador network across Karachi, running weekly community events, growing a paid member directory, and managing the brand's social media presence. The person will report directly to the Owner.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) from a recognised university, minimum requirement, no exceptions.
  • Leadership: Must have served as President of a university society, specifically an Events, Social, or Business-focused society (not academic/departmental societies)
  • Communication: Immaculate written and verbal English communication is essential.
  • Business acumen: Demonstrated understanding of revenue, KPIs, and operational/business thinking, not just event logistics.
  • Availability: Full-time only. No conflicting academic, clinical, or other full-time commitments.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • Background in psychology, business, or a related field is welcome — open to both psychology graduates and business graduates.
  • Prior experience in community building, business development, or partnerships.
  • Existing personal brand or social media presence.
