We are hiring for a digital marketing agency that specializes in helping small, service-based businesses grow their revenue through targeted lead generation.

Role Overview ~ Paid Media Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media Specialist, specifically for Google Search Ads, PMAX, and Google Local Service Ads only. We are a marketing agency, and our clients are Home Services Pros (House cleaners and Landscapers). You will be responsible for setting up, managing/optimizing, and reporting on performance. Only 12 months of Google Ads experience is required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads channels.

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities for paid search campaigns.

  • Manage marketing campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum performance.

  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools to monitor campaign performance and generate detailed web analytics reports.

  • Implement conversion optimization strategies to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and overall media performance analytics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align media strategies with broader marketing objectives and brand messaging.

  • Stay current with industry trends in performance marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), affiliate marketing, and digital marketing innovations to continuously refine tactics.

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience managing PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns using Google AdWords.

  • Strong knowledge of media planning, media buying, and budgeting within a search marketing context.

  • Proficiency in web analytics reporting tools like Google Analytics and familiarity with SEO tools for keyword research and site optimization.

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
