Marketing Alliance Operations Specialist (m/f)

Description -

Alliance Partner Programs Operation is responsible for governing the Alliance Partner Program guidelines, acting as advisors in each step of the process when executing co-branded activities with our Strategic Alliance Partners. The main objective is to preserve trusted value relationships by maintaining reimbursement operation in optimal conditions and provide insights on Alliance funds usage for process & communication enhancement.
 

Job function:
The main function of the role is to gather and develop expertise in Partner Program guidelines and oversee alliance fund activity execution process to ensure HP & Alliance Partner guidelines are met while maximizing usage of funds in co- branded activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Alliance funds allocation review and reconciliation

  • Activity analysis and creation

  • Alliance Partner communication and engagement

  • Complex creative review against partner guidelines

  • Activity claiming, reimbursement and payment application process

  • Program trainings: Engagement with activity activation owners, WW and regional contacts for process and budget utilization alignment

  • Partnership with Finance for visibility of risks & financial impacts

  • Managing audits and escalations

  • Interactions with Strategic Alliance Partners, maintaining collaboration, trust and credibility with an uncompromising integrity

We offer:

The base pay range for this role is 98050 PLN to 148700 PLN gross annually with additional cash compensation opportunities in the form of annual cash incentive bonuses. In addition, this role may be eligible for equity awards (typically
granted in the form of restricted stock units) that are independently granted by
the Company's U.S. parent corporation, HP Inc., on a discretionary basis under
its equity plan. Pay varies by job-related skills, effort, responsibility,
working conditions, experience and work location.
