About the Role

We are looking for a detail-obsessed Experiences Business Operations Manager to support the onboarding and execution of some of the most high-profile, globally recognized experiences on our platform. This is a high-visibility, high-stakes role where the quality bar is exceptionally high. Listing pages, guest communications, and logistics for talent of this caliber leave no room for error. You will be the operational backbone that makes these moments flawless, owning the details so that hosts, guests, and partners enjoy a seamless experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do

  • You will build and ensure the accuracy and quality of listing pages, catching what others miss and refusing to ship anything that does not meet a consistently high standard.
  • You will support guest selection, vetting, communication, and logistics with care and discretion, handling sensitive information appropriately. You will coordinate with internal and external partners and vendors, keeping all stakeholders aligned and on schedule.
  • You will work closely with engineering to ensure adequate tooling support, surfacing gaps, advocating for the right fixes, and supporting testing.
  • You will analyze the results and impact of these experiences, and you will address and resolve issues that arise during standard and on-call hours with strong judgment and a sense of urgency. Throughout, you will maintain clear documentation of workflows and processes.

Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of operations management experience
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a consistently high bar for quality, with the instinct to catch what others miss
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and competing deadlines
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and demonstrate sound judgment with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets and comfort with data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, and JiraInterpersonal skills that balance the needs of internal and external partners
  • BA or BS degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in tech and hospitality
  • Natural curiosity to learn new tools and detailed processes
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity within a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience supporting high-profile or high-touch stakeholders where discretion is essential


Key Details

  • Start Date: August 2026

  • Contract Duration: Approximately 5.5 months, through January 15, 2027, with possibility of extension

  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

  • Location: Remote (US based), PST preferred

  • Compensation: $40-$45 per hour (W2)
