Job description

At Rehire, we are partnering with an international organization to find a CMDB / CSDM Analyst (ServiceNow) to join a long-term global project. We're looking for a highly skilled professional with strong expertise in ServiceNow, CMDB, CSDM, and IT Operations Management (ITOM) who is passionate about improving data quality, optimizing IT service management, and building scalable enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and maturity of the ServiceNow CMDB aligned with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).

· Monitor CMDB health dashboards and remediate duplicate, orphaned, or stale Configuration Items (CIs).

· Implement and enforce CSDM standards across Business Applications, Application Services, and Technical Services.

· Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and data integrations.

· Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions.

· Design and develop ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and platform enhancements.

· Support platform administration, upgrades, deployments, and ongoing maintenance.

· Lead workshops, provide platform demonstrations, and support solution design discussions.

· Produce technical documentation, data dictionaries, process diagrams, and knowledge articles.

· Collaborate with IT teams to improve platform performance, governance, and operational efficiency.

· Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

· 5+ years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure, Configuration Management, ServiceNow, or related roles.

· 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.

· Strong experience with CMDB, CSDM Framework, ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

· Experience developing with Business Rules, Glide, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, and scripting.

· Experience working with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow platform modules.

· Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, enterprise applications, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

· Experience configuring and maintaining MID Server.

· Experience with Service Portal configuration and UI customization.

· Strong analytical skills with experience identifying and resolving data quality issues.

· Experience gathering business requirements and leading stakeholder workshops.

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

· Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

About the Position:

· Work Model: 100% Remote.

· Working Hours: Full time. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

· Project Duration: Through April 30/November 30, 2027.
