We’re looking for a Replenishment and Sales Analyst to support inventory management, forecasting, and reporting for our Walmart and Sam’s Club business. This role helps ensure product availability, smooth inventory flow, and clear sales insights that drive results. Primary focus areas for this role include reviewing replacement & order management, forecasting & inventory planning, and general reporting & analytics.
Responsibilities:
Identify data and reporting tools necessary to/and perform business, financial and data analysis. Develop reporting/analysis for product manager, sales, and/or customers. Communicate the results of the business, financial and data analysis.
Work directly with internal teams (such as Sales, Inventory Management, Finance) to provide intermediate level analysis and reporting as necessary.
Develop and analyze scorecards, providing insight into trends or unusual performance by verifying accuracy and identifying ordering anomalies/root causes while supporting in-stock goals.
Organize, plan and recommend analysis and reports consistent with continuous improvement of processes and procedures. Recommend, develop, create and implement standard reporting for routine business reports.
Monitor for data accuracy (e.g. Walmart systems to align with inventory movement across our warehouses), timeliness and integrity in data used in analysis and reporting. Communicate to appropriate personnel if data inaccuracies exist.
Ensure follow-up so that analysis and reporting outcomes are reviewed and implemented.
Partner with Sales to build accurate demand forecasts and upload forecasts into corporate systems.
Use replenishment and sales data to provide clear, actionable insights. Maintain sales reporting, dashboards, and performance summaries.
Manage item dimensions in Walmart systems and ensure alignment with corporate and warehouse records.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree.
Relevant Work Experience
At least 2-3 years of experience in an analytical role. Specifically, replenishment, forecasting, supply chain, or sales analytics (consumer products preferred).
Direct experience leveraging Walmart tools such as Scintilla, NOVA, and Supplier One.
High attention to detail and accuracy, and proactive problem solver.
Experience with analyzing and reporting data (e.g. sales, inventory, etc.) to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary.
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office and Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
Preferred Requirements:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Mathematics or Applied Statistics.
Relevant Work Experience
3+ years of experience in replenishment, forecasting, supply chain, or sales analytics (consumer products preferred).
Additional
Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similarly related platforms.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$67,000.00 - $101,000.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
