Job description

At Rehire, we are partnering with an international organization to find an experienced ITOM Specialist (ServiceNow) to join a long-term global project. We're looking for a professional with deep expertise in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM), infrastructure automation, and enterprise integrations to help build scalable, reliable, and highly automated IT operations solutions.

Responsibilities:

· Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.

· Configure and optimize automated Discovery to ensure accurate visibility of infrastructure assets across on-premise and cloud environments.

· Develop and maintain Service Mapping to accurately represent business services and infrastructure dependencies.

· Configure and optimize Event Management, including alert correlation, noise reduction, and automated incident creation.

· Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring platforms.

· Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot MID Servers.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions.

· Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.

· Support platform administration, deployments, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.

· Lead workshops, solution design sessions, and platform demonstrations.

· Produce technical documentation, knowledge articles, and implementation guides.

· Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous platform improvement.

Requirements:

· 6+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow, IT Operations, IT Infrastructure, or related roles.

· 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITOM.

· Strong experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, ITSM, and ITAM.

· Experience developing with Business Rules, Glide, JavaScript, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, and scripting.

· Experience configuring and maintaining MID Servers.

· Strong experience with REST, SOAP, and JSON API integrations.

· Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), SAML, Active Directory, and LDAP integrations.

· Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, cloud environments (Azure), and ITIL processes.

· Experience with Service Portal configuration.

· Experience gathering business requirements and leading stakeholder workshops.

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

· Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

About the Position:

· Work Model: 100% Remote.

· Working Hours: Full time. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

· Project Duration: Through April 30/November 30, 2027.
