Job Summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support operations at both the University of Colorado and Denver Summit FC. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and will provide administrative and operational support across multiple business functions.

The role requires an onsite presence approximately 75% of the time, with limited work-from-home flexibility. The primary work location will shift between the University of Colorado and Downtown Denver based on the seasonal operational needs of each venue.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontractor settlements and supporting documentation.
  • Perform Point of Sale (POS) audits and reconciliation.
  • Process accounts payable (AP) invoices and documentation.
  • Complete employee tip reconciliation.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to venue leadership.
  • Ensure operational and financial compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform data entry and system maintenance within:
    • BSS
    • POS systems
  • Assist with menu creation, updates, and design.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous administrative, accounting, hospitality, or food & beverage experience preferred.

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the Director of Operations. Work assignments and primary location will be determined by the operational calendar, with support shifting between the University of Colorado and Denver Summit FC as each location enters its peak season.
