Your role in our team
As our new Project Controller, you will become part of an international team supporting projects across multiple locations. Today, the team consists of experienced colleagues based in Denmark, Germany, Austria, and Romania, working closely together despite the distance.
This role offers broad responsibility and close collaboration across Finance and Project Management. You will follow projects from start to finish, acting as a trusted financial partner and helping ensure that projects remain financially healthy throughout their lifecycle.

We are looking for one or two Project Controllers to join our team. One position will be based in Lystrup, while the other will primarily be based in Lystrup with weekly or bi-weekly visits to our office in Grenaa. Both positions may involve occasional travel to other Terma locations.
How you will make a meaningful contribution
Your key responsibilities include:

- Drive project controlling throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring orderbook, actuals and forecast are acuate and up to date.
- Prepare, maintain, and challenge project budgets, forecasts and Estimate to Complete (ETC)
- Monitor project financial performance by analyzing costs, revenue and profitability.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities for assigned projects.
- Partner closely with Project Managers as the trusted financial advisor, providing financial insights, challenging assumptions, and supporting informed decision-making.
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of project controlling, reporting quality, and the standardization and automation of processes, tools, and ways of working.
Bring your world class expertise into play
You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague who:

- Have a master’s degree in HD(R), Finance, Finance Consulting, Management Accounting or a similar field of study
- You might have experience with project controlling and stakeholder management
- Preferably have experience with standardization and automation of processes and procedures
- Have worked with reporting and preferably project reporting
- Are structured, proactive, and have a strong attention to detail
- Have advanced Excel skills and strong analytical competencies
