Job description

We are looking for a dynamic Process Controller to become a vital part of our vibrant Purchasing Team, working remote in Budapest, Hungary. Join the energy and come be part of the momentum! 

This is an amazing opportunity to get involved! As a Process Controller you will play a crucial role in supplier onboarding, maintaining accurate supplier information and documentation, monitoring supplier performance, and supporting customer and quality audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement within the Purchasing function.

Insight on your impact:

  • Manage supplier qualification and onboarding, including verification of documentation and compliance with internal procedures  
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records in the ERP system, including periodic review and inactivation of dormant suppliers 
  • Monitor and evaluate quarterly supplier performance against defined KPIs, and implement appropriate follow-up actions 
  • Issue and follow up on corrective actions in collaboration with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of supplier issues 
  • Support and represent the Purchasing function in ISO and customer audits, including pre-audit preparation, post-audit actions, and audit readiness training 
  • Facilitate training on internal Purchasing processes, helping ensure the Purchasing team adheres to established procedures and policies 
  • Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support to the Purchasing team as and when required, including handling supplier-related documentation, uploading supplier quotations, updating POs, maintaining RTVs and payment tracking, etc. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Quality Control, Logistics, and Finance teams to resolve supplier-related issues and ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred 
  • 2–3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or a related administrative support role 
  • Demonstrates understanding of Procurement processes, supplier management, and supplier performance evaluation 
  • Hands-on experience in document control, process control, and change management activities 
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel capabilities 

Preferred skills and technical familiarity:

Adding additional insight, and a growth mindset, will elevate your contribution in this role 

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across internal teams and with suppliers 
  • Proactive and self-driven, capable of managing competing priorities and delivering results in a dynamic environment 
  • Familiarity with ISO standards, quality management systems, and audit processes is an advantage
