    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers and technicians, setting clear priorities and ensuring alignment around shared objectives
    • Drive continuous improvement of test systems and team performance through process optimization, training initiatives, and new tools and technologies
    • Manage team resources, including hiring and allocation in collaboration with Project Managers and the Department Manager, while building strong stakeholder relationships and conducting key people management activities in line with the HR annual wheel.

Bring your expertise into play

To thrive in this role, we imagine that you bring some of the following qualifications:

    • A degree in Electronics Engineering or a similar relevant engineering discipline
    • Experience working with hardware and software test systems in a development, production, or verification environment
    • People management experience, including coaching, performance development, and team leadership
    • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment across teams and functions
    • A structured, quality-focused, and self-driven approach combined with strong communication skills.
