Job Overview

Our client is seeking resilient, target-driven Sales Setters to join a fast-growing commercial sales team. This is a fully remote opportunity for confident outbound sales professionals who thrive in a high-volume calling environment and enjoy turning opportunities into results.

Working with a structured sales process, you will engage dormant leads, rebuild relationships, and convert prospects into sales. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to dormant leads.
  • Re-engage prospective customers and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Convert qualified prospects into ticket sales through structured conversations.
  • Build rapport quickly and confidently overcome objections.

Sales Performance

  • Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Work towards a baseline KPI of one sale per day.
  • Maintain high levels of outbound call activity.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and sales outcomes.

Sales Process

  • Follow structured sales scripts and proven call frameworks.
  • Execute multiple touchpoints throughout the customer journey.
  • Qualify prospects and identify buying intent.
  • Maintain a professional and positive customer experience throughout each interaction.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales managers and team leaders to improve performance.
  • Participate in coaching sessions and ongoing sales training.
  • Share feedback and best practices to support team success.

Key Requirements
