Role overview

Remote Recruitment is hiring a remote Finance Administrator to support a UK-based employer from South Africa. You'll keep the finance function running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a fully remote role working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).

Key responsibilities

  • Process invoices, expenses and supplier payments
  • Maintain accurate finance records and filing systems
  • Reconcile accounts and chase outstanding items
  • Prepare routine finance reports and spreadsheets
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients and the wider team on finance queries

What you'll need

  • Experience in a finance administration or accounts support role
  • Confident use of Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with accounting or ERP software
  • Clear written and spoken English
  • A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace
