National Account Sales Manager - West Coast
The National Account Sales Manager is a strategic, customer-facing sales leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding national account partnerships, and strengthening relationships with distributors, multi-site end users, contractors, and key decision-makers throughout the Western U.S. This position leads business development initiatives, identifies new market opportunities, delivers consultative sales solutions, and collaborates cross-functionally to increase market share within the commercial lighting industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute territory growth strategies focused on national accounts and large multi-location customers.
Build and strengthen partnerships with distributors, contractors, facility owners, and other key stakeholders within the commercial lighting industry.
Identify new revenue opportunities and guide customers through solution-based sales discussions.
Conduct product presentations, educational sessions, and customer meetings to support business development initiatives.
Monitor account performance, market activity, and sales trends to uncover expansion opportunities.
