Job Requirements:

  • Min 3 years Proven experience in lead generation with a strong ability to research, qualify, and build lead lists independently. 
  • Demonstrated success in appointment scheduling and managing high volumes of appointments. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and qualify leads effectively. 
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms. Familiarity with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, etc.

Core responsibilities:

  • Research and build a qualified lead list by identifying potential clients and prospects across various channels (e.g., online databases, industry directories, LinkedIn, etc.). 
  • Utilize proven lead generation strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand the client pipeline. 
  • Regularly update and maintain the lead database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. 
  • Track lead status and progress, report on lead generation success, and adjust strategies as needed. 
  • Engage with leads through email, phone calls, and other communication channels to qualify prospects. 
  • Manage and schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring that calendars are optimized for maximum productivity.
  • Coordinate with clients to arrange meetings, follow up on confirmed appointments, and handle any changes or cancellations efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments, communications, and client interactions.
