We're looking for a Manager, Retail Marketing Operations (RMO) to serve as a trusted business partner to dealership leaders across Florida, helping drive market growth, customer loyalty, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a strategic marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves turning data into action, and enjoys influencing business performance across multiple locations.
Location: Florida (Tampa & Miami ideal) - Regional Travel Required
Compensation Range: $80,000–$125,000. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
What You'll Do
Drive performance: Lead marketing strategies that improve sales, aftersales, profitability, and customer loyalty across stores
Build loyalty: Develop programs and campaigns that strengthen retention and enhance the customer experience
Leverage data: Turn insights and scorecard metrics into actionable strategies and measurable results
Partner with leaders: Advise Store Leaders and collaborate with OEMs, internal teams, and vendors
Execute campaigns: Oversee content and campaigns that drive engagement and performance
Optimize & adapt: Use analytics, market trends, and testing to continuously improve outcomes
Champion alignment: Ensure consistency with company initiatives while acting as a key resource for stakeholders
What You'll Bring
Experience in automotive marketing, dealership operations, or multi-location retail marketing (2-5 years)
Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer lifecycle, and retention strategies
Ability to turn data into action (Google Analytics, CRM tools, reporting platforms)
Confidence working directly with leadership and influencing decisions
