Responsibilities:

• Drive and manage the entire token listing process, from initial contact to due diligence support, deal structuring, legal documentation, token listing, and post-listing account management.
• Follow up on contract signings, discuss operational plans, and ensure successful token launches.
• Provide professional client support and strengthen business partner relationships.
  Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of token listing services.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to adjust strategies for increasing platform traffic, user acquisition, and revenue.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate or graduate student from a top university; immediate availability preferred.
• Able to commit to an internship for at least 3 months, with a preference for 6 months or more.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, teamwork, enthusiasm, and results-driven mindset.
• Strong communication skills and an interest in the Web3 industry.

• 推动交易并跟进从最初接触到支持尽职调查、交易结构谈判、法律文件、代币上市和上市后账户管理的整个渠道。
• 跟进合同签订，讨论运营计划，完成代币上线。
• 提供专业的客户服务，加强与业务伙伴的良好关系。
• 与内部团队密切合作，确保代币上市服务的及时交付。
• 与市场和运营团队保持联系，调整策略以增加平台流量、用户获取和收入。

岗位要求：

• 优秀院校本科或者研究生在校学生，能立即到岗优先。
• 可以稳定实习3个月以上，能够保证6个月以上实习者优先。
• 良好的英语能力，会说普通话者优先。
• 较强的谈判和人际交往能力。
• 具有强烈的主人翁精神和良好的团队合作精神，工作热情，注重结果。
• 善于交流沟通，对Web3行业有学习兴趣。
