Responsibilities:

Conduct performance testing, full-link pressure testing, fault drill exercises, and develop a comprehensive set of fault scenarios to ensure system stability.
Drive the achievement of business stability metrics, including SLA and MTTR.
Continuously refine testing methodologies, tools, and platforms based on test outcomes to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Over 3 years of experience in performance testing or stability assurance.
Familiarity with software development and system architecture, understanding common architectural vulnerabilities and governance methods.
Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Go, or Python.
Strong business acumen with the ability to proactively identify business risks and develop testing or drill scenarios.
Experience in optimizing testing methods and improving testing tools and platforms based on execution results.
Prior involvement in large-scale business stability assurance projects is preferred.
Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous.
