Job Summary:
The VA Coach is responsible for mentoring and supporting a team of Virtual Assistants (VAs), ensuring strong performance, process compliance, and professional growth. The ideal candidate has experience in coaching, training, or team support—preferably in a BPO or remote work environment—and excels at providing guidance, feedback, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Virtual Assistants to maximize productivity and performance.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and provide actionable feedback.

  • Develop and implement training programs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance improvement plans.

  • Monitor team KPIs and ensure targets and deadlines are consistently met.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, challenges, and performance-related issues.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative remote work environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, training, or team support roles preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to guide, mentor, and support individuals in achieving performance and development goals.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide constructive feedback.

  • Ability to promote accountability, encourage productivity, and support the implementation of processes and best practices.

  • Comfortable working during U.S. business hours and collaborating with remote teams across multiple time zones.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with project management tools

  • Experience in performance tracking and reporting

  • Strong understanding of virtual team dynamics and remote work best practices
