You'll be part of an open, agile team where your ideas and technical expertise matter, with the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects in a dynamic and fast-evolving industry.

The Solution Architect (all genders) transforms requirements and strategic objectives into technically feasible, scalable, and maintainable solutions. The work youβ€˜ll do

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand goals, requirements, constraints, and strategic objectives, ensuring architectural consistency across the platform.
  • Identify technical risks, unknowns, and dependencies, using prototypes or feasibility studies where appropriate.
  • Define work packages and support effort estimation, timeline planning, milestone definition, and technical decision-making.
  • Act as the technical lead throughout implementation, coordinating stakeholders and supporting teams in resolving architectural challenges.
  • Ensure solutions remain maintainable, scalable, and aligned with the long-term evolution and modernization of the platform.
  • Support strategic engineering initiatives by driving architectural improvements, technical modernization, and sustainable long-term solutions.

  • Strong understanding of software architecture and system integration.
  • Familiarity with internet-based voice communication systems and telephony protocols is a plus (e.g. cloud-based telephony, digital voice technologies).
  • Experience working in agile environments - you bring a collaborative, solution-focused mindset and may have even worked as a Product Owner before.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills - you’re comfortable navigating technical and non-technical discussions across teams.
  • A self-organized, proactive approach and a genuine interest in solving a variety of challenges.
  • Experience using project management and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence (or similar platforms).
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus but not mandatory).

What we can offer you

  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage for you and your family.
  • Professional & confidential mental health support (powered by OpenUp).
  • Benefit from 22 vacation days, exceeding the legal-required standard.
  • The option to work from home up to 2 days per week.
  • Work remotely from anywhere up to 20 days per year.
  • Work in a cosy, modern office equipped with top hardware.
  • Choose your preferred device: Windows Laptop or MacBook.
