You will bring strong financial discipline, analytical capability and the confidence to engage with stakeholders across the business.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Experience in corporate accounting, management accounting, financial reporting or audit.

  • Strong capability in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience using ERP or reporting systems.

  • The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

  • Strong attention to detail, accountability and the ability to deliver within deadlines.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with sound commercial judgement.

What you’ll be doing:

This role is responsible for supporting accurate financial and management accounting, while partnering with the business to improve financial performance and decision-making.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing monthly management accounts and financial performance reports.

  • Providing meaningful analysis on financial results, trends and variances.

  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.

  • Partnering with branch and operational leaders to understand performance drivers.

  • Supporting month-end and year-end close activities.

  • Assisting with statutory, regulatory, audit and group reporting requirements.

  • Maintaining balance sheet integrity through reconciliations and review.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes, reporting and business partnering outcomes.
