About Climate Collective: 

Climate Collective Foundation, an Indian not-for-profit organisation, runs climate-focused startup support programs, including the largest early-stage Climate Tech accelerator in South Asia.  Since 2016, Climate Collective Foundation (“CCF”) has been a leader in supporting Climate Tech startups in India & South Asia. It has now become the largest such private-sector platform in South Asia. Our activities to build up the ecosystem include: 

  • Climate startup accelerator programs for early-stage (pre-Series A) companies 
  • Funding platforms for pre-Series A climate tech startups

About Women in Climate Entrepreneurship (WICE): 

WICE aims to build a more gender-inclusive climate tech ecosystem by equipping women with business, finance, and climate tech knowledge, fostering peer learning and networks, and improving access to capital. We support women-led startups and grow the pipeline of aspiring women entrepreneurs in climate tech. 

Position Overview: 

As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and expanding a dynamic initiative focused on empowering women-led climate startups. This position is ideal for someone with 3-4 years of experience in program or project management, who is passionate about gender equity, entrepreneurship, and sustainability. You’ll help drive partnerships, coordinate program activities, and engage with a vibrant community of women entrepreneurs. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to systemic change in the climate-tech ecosystem while working in a fast-paced, impact-focused environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Outreach and Engagement: 
  • Assist in outreach efforts to connect with potential startup applicants across South Asia. 
  • Contact and engage relevant organizations, partners, and stakeholders for collaboration and program promotion. 
  • Contribute to market surveys and data collection to better understand the climate tech landscape. 
  • Communication and Content: 
  • Help develop and implement communication strategies, including content creation for social media, newsletters, and program-related materials. 
  • Support the organization of events, webinars, and workshops to engage the climate tech community. 
  • Stakeholder Relations: 
  • Establish and nurture relationships with startups, mentors, and key stakeholders. 
  • Assist in conducting interviews, surveys, and feedback collection to understand the needs and challenges of climate tech startups. 
  • Project Coordination: 
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth coordination, scheduling meetings, and tracking of project milestones. 
  • Assist in data management, analysis, and reporting. 



Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • 3-4 years of professional experience in program management, community building, or partnerships ideally in the development, climate, or entrepreneurship sectors 
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Studies, Business, Communications, Engineering or a related area) or in the final year of the same. 
  • Demonstrated interest in gender, climate, or impact-driven work 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Passion for climate tech and a commitment to making a positive environmental impact. 
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and social media marketing is a plus.
