7+ years in leading and applying best-practice OCM methodologies in fast-paced agile environments.
4+ years specifically as an OCM Consultant with project experience in systems integrations and cultural shifts.
Experience with SAP, Infor, Workday, and/or Oracle implementations is a plus.

Requirements:

Position Overview
The ideal candidate will provide client-facing leadership and project management for all organizational change management work streams. The candidate will design and oversee change management strategies and plans that develop organizational readiness and optimize impacted associates’ adoption of the desired future state.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the creation and execution of the OCM deliverables as outlined by the project’s change management strategy and plan
Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to project stakeholders- facilitating the execution of the OCM strategy and plan for each of the defined deliverables
Identify potential executive and leadership alignment related risks and anticipated resistance points and develop specific plans to mitigate these issues
Collaborate with other program leaders to prioritize and execute the OCM deliverables
Report ongoing deliverable status, organizational readiness, and overall OCM project health to transformation leadership and impacted stakeholders
Identify, engage and measure the readiness of each associate impacted by the change being delivered by the transformation program
OCM deliverables for these transformations could include communications, leadership alignment, business readiness, change adoption and learning, overseeing the design, development, and possibly training delivery

Education
