Job description

The candidate for this position will support the 1LMX super user program. The 1LMX super user program is a critical component of our organization's digital transformation efforts, focused on empowering a network of change agents and technical experts to drive adoption and optimization of key business systems. As a change management professional supporting this program, you will play a key role in enabling the successful deployment of new technologies and processes in a rapidly changing environment, ensuring that our super users have the skills, knowledge, and support needed to thrive in a culture of continuous innovation and improvement.

- Technical Analysis and Change Management Application: The successful candidate will be able to analyze complex technical subjects, identify areas where change management can provide value, and present recommendations to the team for implementation.

- Proactive Problem-Solving: The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of issues and develop mitigation plans that leverage change management tools and methodologies.

- Collaborative Learning: The candidate will be an effective listener and asker of insightful questions, able to gather information, clarify assumptions, and seek feedback to inform their work.

- Adaptability and Flexibility: The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, able to adapt to changing priorities, and navigate ambiguity with ease.

- Strategic Thinking and Communication: The ideal candidate will be able to develop and articulate effective change management strategies with guidance, present their ideas to colleagues, and incorporate feedback to refine their approach.

- Cross-Functional Relationship Building: The successful candidate will establish and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, fostering collaboration, trust, and open communication to drive successful change management outcomes.

- Communication and Training: Develop and implement comprehensive communication and training plans that educate stakeholders and super users on the purpose and benefits of changes, foster engagement and adoption, build readiness and capability, and provide ongoing support to sustain long-term changes.

Minimum 3 years experience in change management and below skills
• Excel formulas: vlookups, pivot tables, xlookups
• Prosci Certified
• Stakeholder/vendor management experience
• Project management experience
