Organizational Change Management Adoption SME – Expert Level

Duration – The duration of the project is projected to be approximately one year with possibility of extension for future phases.

Location – Mostly remote, however a monthly on-site meetings in Olympia, WA may be requested. If selected candidate is not local, travel expenses will NOT be reimbursed.

Contract Pay Rate - $145.00 - $155.00/hr DOE – this rate assumes full benefits participation - Rate increases if medical benefits and/or PTO are not required

We are assisting our client in identifying Expert Level IT resources with specific experience in implementing large ERPs in public or private sectors.  Workday knowledge and experience is highly desired, however excellent experience with other ERPs is acceptable in some cases .

This is a large public sector project

The OCM consultant will be supporting key personnel with direct experience in organizational change management and adoption assessment on a large ERP implementation, including stakeholder participation rate measurement, OCM maturity assessment, and cohort-level adoption readiness.
