QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience designing responsive websites, landing pages, or digital products.
  • Portfolio demonstrating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and completed digital experiences.
  • Experience working with design systems, component libraries, or reusable interface patterns.
  • Proficiency with contemporary interface-design and prototyping tools.
  • Experience preparing designs and specifications for developer handoff.
  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, information architecture, and interaction design principles.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience supporting enterprise, multi-brand, or multi-site environments.
  • Experience designing websites that use components for enterprise content-management systems.
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
  • Experience collaborating with developers, content, digital marketers, and platform teams.

MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES:
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, design systems, prototyping, and developer handoff workflows.
  • Ability to deliver effective design solutions across diverse touchpoints for multiple business lines
  • Agile mindset and ability to adapt, shift priorities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Ability to conduct research and perform image library searches, including basic photo retouching and color correction
  • Strong visual and verbal communication skills
  • UX/UI design experience
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel
