UI/UX designer

Open role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive  UI/UX designer to join our dynamic team.

Requirements:

• 1–2+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI fundamentals and user-centered design.
• Understanding of responsive design and the specifics of web and mobile interfaces.
• Experience working with components and design systems.
• Ability to create logical and consistent user flows.
• Understanding of basic accessibility and usability principles.
• Attention to detail and a strong visual sense.
• Ability to independently handle design tasks from initial brief to final solution.
• Ability to accept feedback and work effectively within a team.
• English - Upper intermediate 

Will be plus:

• A basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development principles.
• Experience with AI-powered design tools (content generation, image generation, process optimization, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Design UX/UI for web and mobile products.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Translate business and user requirements into clear design solutions.
• Work with design systems and maintain interface consistency.
• Create and maintain components, variants, styles, and auto-layout in Figma.
• Conduct basic UX analysis and research, and propose improvements to existing solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, developers, and other team members.
• Present and justify design solutions.
• Incorporate feedback and rapidly iterate on designs.
• Prepare mockups and specifications for developer handoff.
• English - Upper intermediate
