Join a fast-moving digital campaign environment where you’ll help bring charity fundraising campaigns to life from concept to launch. This role focuses on setting up and managing campaigns using tools like Meta and JSON-based configurations—no prior programming experience is needed, as full training is provided. It’s a great opportunity for someone who is tech-inclined, curious, and enjoys learning by doing in a dynamic setting.

What You'll Do:

• Set up and manage charity campaign pages using Meta and JSON-based tools, including links, goals, timelines, and visual elements.
  
• Input and update backend campaign data, settings, and configurations.
  
• Upload and organize assets such as banners, videos, and images while ensuring correct formatting.
  
• Perform light technical adjustments, including editing structured data and toggling features.
  
• Handle spreadsheet tasks like formatting data, organizing lists, and preparing uploads.
  
• Respond to support requests via chat and email, implementing updates and changes as needed.
  
• Update campaign visuals using design tools, including adjusting colors and graphics.
  
• Troubleshoot basic issues and apply fixes based on internal or client needs.
  
• Collaborate through messaging platforms, responding to assigned tasks and real-time updates.
  
• Assist with ongoing campaign customization and adjustments.

You’ll collaborate closely with a fast-paced internal team responsible for launching and managing high-volume charity campaigns. The team works in a highly coordinated environment using chat and task-based systems, where responsiveness and teamwork are essential to keeping campaigns running smoothly.

• Organized: Able to manage multiple requests, tasks, and updates efficiently.
  
• Basic Design Comfort: Willing to learn and use simple design tools for campaign updates.
  
• Experience: General work experience is required.

• Schedule: Mon - Thurs 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST; Fri 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST
  
• Employment Type: Full-time
