Jr. Project Manager

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of AI-driven applications, data platforms, and client-facing technology solutions. This role will assist in coordinating projects across environments leveraging AWS, Azure, Tableau, Power BI, and DealCloud CRM.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their project management career who wants to gain experience working on AI, cloud, and data initiatives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning, tracking, and executing AI and data-driven initiatives
  
• Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and task coordination
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data, QA, and business stakeholders
  
• Help prepare status reports, project documentation, and meeting notes
  
• Track and follow up on action items, risks, and issues
  
• Assist with client communication and meeting coordination
  
• Support go-live activities and deployment coordination
  
• Maintain project artifacts in tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
  
• Ensure project documentation and updates are accurate and up to date
  
• Help drive adherence to project processes and best practices
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or similar roles
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  
• Proficiency with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet)
