Collaborate with stakeholders and document technical requirements for Epic Tapestry projects
Support go-live activities and post-implementation support for Tapestry modules

Job description

This is a remote position.

Epic Tapestry Analyst:

Position Type: Direct Hire (Remote)

Position Overview

Epic Tapestry Analyst: Build and configure for the enhancements and capital projects within the Tapestry UM module area, specifically Service Authorizations.

Qualifications Required

Must have a current Epic Tapestry Certification (any of these Claims, Membership, Enrollment & Eligibility, CRM, Utilization Management)
3-6 years of recent build and configuration experience on any of the Epic Tapestry modules
Experience in application build and go-live, along with extensive experience in Service Authorization implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information technology, business, or healthcare related field; or equivalent experience

Contract Details

Term: Immediate start
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Location: 100% Remote
