Project Manager

This is a remote position.

RichBrains is a software development company specialising in custom-built solutions for businesses across the US, UK, and EU markets. We're looking for a Project Manager to manage the full lifecycle of an international client project, taking ownership of day-to-day delivery, asking the right questions to clarify requirements, and thinking critically about risks and trade-offs. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for the client throughout the project.


Responsibilities

• Support and grow relationships with clients within your projects, helping identify opportunities for improvement and additional value
  

• Clearly present the company's technical and business decisions to clients, and respond to questions and pushback professionally, escalating when needed
  

• Manage the backlog: gather, clarify, and prioritise requirements; break them down into actionable tasks for the team
  

• Maintain project plans, release roadmaps, and sprint goals, adjusting as priorities shift
  

• Coordinate cross-functional team activities, track progress, and help remove blockers
  

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support the team in delivering on scope, timeline, and quality
  

• Use AI tools to improve day-to-day productivity: documentation, reporting, task automation, and decision support
  

• Contribute ideas for workflow improvements across client engagements
  

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in project management within an IT outsourcing company
  

• Confident English: comfortable in day-to-day communication, calls, and written correspondence with clients from the US, UK, or EU
  

• Experience working directly with international clients and representing the company's position professionally
  

• Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience facilitating team activities within an agile framework
  

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
  

• Practical experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI copilots) to support daily tasks, reporting, or documentation
  

Nice to have

• Experience handling more than one client or project simultaneously
