Requirements:

  • Platform Campaign Management: Utilize Iterable, Braze, or similar tools to build, launch, and optimize lifecycle campaigns and customer journeys across email, push, and on-site channels, owning end-to-end execution.
  • Data Optimization: Leverage customer data and behavioral insights for segmentation, personalization, and campaign strategy; Run A/B tests to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and LTV.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating insights and recommendations to continuously improve channel effectiveness and business metrics.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication and cross-functional team collaboration with product, analytics, sales, copywriting, and design teams.

As part of the Marketing Team, the Senior Channel Marketing Specialist will own and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement across email, push notifications, and on-site channels.

 

What You Will Do

  • Platform & Campaign Management:

    • Utilize Iterable, Braze, or similar tools to build, launch, and optimize lifecycle campaigns and customer journeys across email, push, and on-site channels, owning end-to-end execution.

  • Data & Optimization:

    • Leverage customer data and behavioral insights for segmentation, personalization, and campaign strategy

    • Run A/B tests to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and LTV.

  • Performance Analysis:

    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating insights and recommendations to continuously improve channel effectiveness and business metrics.

  • Collaboration

    • Strong communication and cross-functional team collaboration with product, analytics, sales, copywriting, and design teams.
