Job Summary:

Works in tandem with the Strategy and Market Advancement department to provide support on key projects and initiatives focused on market advancement and growth. Responsible for maintaining databases, managing complex projects and coordinating with other areas in the organization to facilitate issue resolution and planning for other market advancement initiatives.

Job Duties:

  • Provides project management support for Market Advancement function that includes but is not limited to documenting key items in meetings, updating and distributing appropriate work plan documents and facilitation of action item resolution.
  • Coordinates and tracks the collection of due diligence materials for Market Advancement projects while ensuring that all collected information meets Market Advancement standards for business plan development.
  • Functions as a liaison between Market Advancement and Marketing to facilitate production of materials in accordance with key initiatives driven by Strategy and Market Advancement.
  • Maintains a calendar of activities for Market Advancement team during due diligence and integration phases of acquisitions.
  • Manages weekly plan submissions for Provider Relations Team, compiles data for monthly reports, sorts and filters data for Institute specific reporting and distributes weekly physician liaison priority documents to designated recipients.
  • Supports Market Advancement with facilitation of referring physician issue resolution, maintains issue resolution user list and develops rapport with key operational stakeholders to drive timely issue resolution.
  • Assumes responsibility for special projects as assigned by Market Advancement leadership.
  • Schedules workgroup meetings for Market Advancement initiatives e.g. due diligence and integration meetings for practice acquisitions.
  • Schedules off-site meetings with alignment and acquisition targets.
  • Maintains and regularly updates Market Advancement project listings.
