Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (requirements gathering, sourcing, interviews, follow-up, and closure); design talent attraction strategies aligned to market and client needs; ensure a positive experience for candidates and clients
  • Analyze and continuously improve recruitment processes to increase efficiency and quality; document workflows and standardize best practices; implement improvements based on data and feedback
  • Administrate and optimize ATS usage (e.g., Manatal or other); ensure data quality in systems; propose new tools or automations to improve the process
  • Define, monitor and report key metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, etc.); generate reports and insights for decision making; provide visibility of the department performance through dashboards and clear metrics

Job description

Liderar y ejecutar procesos de atracción de talento end-to-end, integrando un enfoque estratégico basado en datos, optimización de procesos y uso eficiente de plataformas, asegurando una experiencia excepcional tanto para candidatos como para clientes, alineado a la cultura ágil, humana y orientada a resultados de Upturn.

Responsabilidades principales

1. Reclutamiento & Selección

  • Gestionar procesos completos de reclutamiento (levantamiento de perfil, sourcing, entrevistas, seguimiento y cierre).
  • Diseñar estrategias de atracción de talento alineadas al mercado y a las necesidades del cliente.
  • Asegurar una experiencia positiva y cercana para candidatos y clientes.

2. Optimización de Procesos

  • Analizar y mejorar continuamente los procesos de reclutamiento para aumentar eficiencia y calidad.
  • Documentar flujos de trabajo y estandarizar buenas prácticas.
  • Implementar mejoras basadas en data y feedback.

3. Gestión de Plataformas

  • Administrar y optimizar el uso de ATS (ej. Manatal u otros).
  • Asegurar la calidad de la información en los sistemas.
  • Proponer nuevas herramientas o automatizaciones que mejoren el proceso.

4. People Analytics & KPIs

  • Definir, monitorear y reportar indicadores clave (time to fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, etc.).
  • Generar reportes e insights para la toma de decisiones.
  • Dar visibilidad del desempeño del área a través de dashboards y métricas claras.

5. Relación con Clientes Internos/Externos

  • Actuar como socio estratégico, entendiendo necesidades y proponiendo soluciones.
  • Comunicar avances, métricas y recomendaciones de manera clara y consultiva.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en reclutamiento end-to-end (idealmente en consultoría o alto volumen).
  • Experiencia trabajando con ATS y herramientas de reclutamiento.
  • Fuerte orientación a datos, métricas y mejora continua.
  • Habilidades analíticas y de organización.
  • Excelente comunicación y enfoque en servicio.
