Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit Green Card and U.S. Citizen candidates for bench positions.
Market available bench candidates to internal and external clients.
Build and maintain a network of candidates and clients for ongoing opportunities.
Independently manage your time and priorities to meet placement goals.
Ensure smooth onboarding and strong candidate satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in bench recruitment, specifically with Green Card and U.S. Citizen candidates.
Strong understanding of the U.S. staffing market and IT hiring trends.
Self-motivated individuals comfortable working freelance and managing their own schedules.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to generate results independently with minimal supervision.
