Are you an experienced Bench Recruiter looking for a flexible freelance opportunity where you can work on your own time and earn big? We’re seeking professionals with strong expertise in recruiting Green Card and U.S. Citizen candidates for bench roles. This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely, earn high commissions on recurring placements, and be your own boss!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit Green Card and U.S. Citizen candidates for bench positions.
  • Market available bench candidates to internal and external clients.
  • Build and maintain a network of candidates and clients for ongoing opportunities.
  • Independently manage your time and priorities to meet placement goals.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and strong candidate satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in bench recruitment, specifically with Green Card and U.S. Citizen candidates.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. staffing market and IT hiring trends.
  • Self-motivated individuals comfortable working freelance and managing their own schedules.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to generate results independently with minimal supervision.
