We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and take ownership of end-to-end hiring across a diverse range of functions.

You'll work closely with hiring managers across tech, marketing, finance, and other business areas, combining hands-on sourcing with a consultative, data-driven approach to recruitment. This is an opportunity to have real influence on hiring decisions, build strong talent pipelines, and contribute to how we continuously improve our recruitment practices.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, align on candidate profiles, and provide market insights and consultative guidance throughout the hiring process
  • Conduct in-depth screening and competency-based interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, motivation, and alignment with the role and company values
  • Manage the full candidate journey with care, delivering a high-quality experience from first contact through offer acceptance
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and competitor research
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ATS records, ensure compliance with recruitment processes, and contribute to improvements in how the team uses the system
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to identify trends, support decision-making, and keep hiring targets on track
  • Contribute to broader recruitment initiatives, including employer branding, process improvements, and cross-functional projects
  • Stay current with recruitment trends, tools, and sourcing techniques, proactively bringing new ideas and approaches to the team


Requirements


  • At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within fintech, financial services, or another fast-paced international environment
  • Strong expertise in proactive sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and direct outreach
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions, such as tech, marketing, finance, or other corporate functions
  • Hands-on experience with an ATS and a good understanding of recruitment metrics
  • Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and turn insights into practical improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal English, with the confidence to advise, influence, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
