  • Proactively source, engage, and develop a robust network of qualified candidates aligned with open roles
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews (phone and video) to assess candidate fit against role and client requirements
  • Track and update all recruitment activities within the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Identify and implement innovative recruitment strategies to improve sourcing efficiency and quality
  • Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual performance goals, sales targets, and KPIs



Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience: Minimum 1+years of proven experience in recruitment, sales, or talent acquisition

  • Demonstrated tenacity, goal orientation, and a results-driven mindset
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record in closing placements
