Job description

As a Technical Recruiter at Paralucent, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to support our growing IT consulting services. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, and work closely with hiring managers to ensure we bring in the best candidates for our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies.

  • Source, engage, and screen candidates using various channels, including our internal database, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.

  • Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals.

  • Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a smooth hiring process, from interview coordination to offer negotiation.

  • Build strong relationships with candidates and act as a brand ambassador for Paralucent.

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruitment.

  • Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular recruitment reports.

  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality technical professionals.
