As a Technical Recruiter at Paralucent, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to support our growing IT consulting services. Build strong relationships with candidates and act as a brand ambassador for Paralucent.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruitment.
Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular recruitment reports.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality technical professionals.
