Job description

This is a remote position.

Need a full-cycle recruiter & talent acquisition pro to help scale growing creative startup (The Anti-Boring Project).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies that align with our mission and business goals.

- Manage the entire recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to posting listings, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and overseeing the offer process.

- Work closely with team to identify staffing needs and define role requirements. Provide guidance on best recruitment practices.

- Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing our unique culture and opportunities to prospective candidates.

- Collaborate with our Operations Manager to develop engaging and informative onboarding materials that introduce new hires to our unique culture and processes.

NECESSARY SKILLS:

- Proven recruitment experience, with a bonus for creative/startup backgrounds.

- Expertise in Zoho Recruit is a plus (or willingness to learn)

- Social media proficiency for recruitment purposes.

- Strong communication skills

- Adaptability and flexibility

The first roles we'll need help hiring for are a social media manager and an executive assistant. Would love to talk about our business needs to identify what other roles we should prioritize.
