Job description

Workplace: Remote - Beijing time zone (important)
Duration: Long-term
Start Date: Aiming for October-November

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to issues developers face with our Java library.
  • Act as a bridge between customer problems and our core team.
  • Reproduce issues using product knowledge and support experience.
  • Create minimal example applications to help developers overcome problems.
  • Improve Chinese documentation (based on the existing English version)
  • Write example applications, following provided guidance.

Requirements:

  • Native Chinese speaker (open to have talents from HK, CN, VN (additional))
  • At least Intermediate level of English to communicate with our team
  • 3-5 years of experience with Java.
  • Proficiency in Java core, Java desktop (Swing, JavaFX, SWT, AWT).
  • Kotlin + Compose Multiplatform for desktop is a plus as well as a previous experience in support.
