As a Client Service Associate, you will be the central link between the firm's top-tier clients and the expert knowledge they need. This is a communications-intensive, frontline position where you will manage multiple high-stakes projects for investors, strategists, and dealmakers.

Core Responsibilities

  • Recruit Experts: You will spend a significant portion of your day on the phone, actively engaging with and recruiting senior industry experts who match your clients' specific project needs, often under tight deadlines.
  • Understand Context: Quickly grasp complex project briefs, market dynamics, and the legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to both clients and experts.
  • Project Ownership: Take complete ownership of your projects, from initiating and managing all client-expert communications to meticulously scheduling consultations and ensuring a seamless collaboration.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Total First-Year Compensation: Ranging from HKD 436,500 (average performance) to HKD 550,600 (very strong performance).
  • This package consists of an annual base salary of HKD 312,000 and an uncapped variable compensation package linked directly to your performance.
  • Generous Leave: 15 days annual leave (increasing to 20 with service), six months full maternity leave, and six weeks full paternity leave.
