They are seeking a passionate and technically skilled Magento Developer to help elevate their e-commerce solutions and enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and enhance a Magento-based e-commerce platform.
- Customize and configure Magento 2 to align with business goals and requirements.
- Create custom modules and extensions to improve store functionality and user
interaction.
- Work with UX/UI designers to implement visually compelling and responsive web
interfaces.
- Integrate third-party systems, APIs, and plugins to support and enhance site features.
- Diagnose and fix technical issues, ensuring stable and error-free functionality.
- Optimize the site for speed, security, and performance.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and best practices.
- Keep current with Magento trends, platform updates, and industry standards.
- Contribute to gathering technical requirements and provide expert input on development
strategies.
- Offer mentorship and guidance to junior developers.
Work with stakeholders to implement new features and continually improve the platform.

Requirements and Benefits

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in Magento development with a portfolio of successful
projects.
- Expertise in Magento 2, including module development and theming.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
- Experience using version control systems like Git and familiarity with deployment
workflows.
- Understanding of e-commerce best practices, payment gateway integrations, and PCIcompliance.
- Awareness of SEO principles.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent team collaboration and communication abilities.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Magento certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills
:
- Experience with alternative e-commerce platforms or CMSs (e.g., Shopify,
WooCommerce).
- Knowledge of website performance optimization.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum development practices.
