We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Consultant to join Marathon Talent and support end-to-end hiring processes for our global clients. This role combines hands-on execution with a strong consulting mindset. You will manage multiple searches at once, ensuring both operational excellence and an outstanding experience for clients and candidates.
Own full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple roles and industries
Partner closely with clients to understand business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities
Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates globally
Manage ATS workflows: pipeline updates, stage management, notes, and reporting
Build and maintain talent databases and candidate pools for current and future roles
Prepare and organize candidate documentation, summaries, and evaluation materials
Coordinate interviews, feedback cycles, and offer processes
Ensure high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and follow-up
Track operational details to ensure accuracy, speed, and consistency across processes
Work in a fast-paced, consulting-style environment with multiple active searches
1–2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or talent consulting
Strong client-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience managing ATS tools and candidate databases
Curiosity to learn about different industries, roles, and markets
Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
English proficiency (Spanish is a plus)
