Roles & Responsibilities

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Personalization).
  • Strong understanding of customer journey design, segmentation strategies, and email marketing best practices; proficiency in SQL, HTML/CSS for dynamic content.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification(s) preferred (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant) and experience with data management and CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud).
  • Analytical, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills with enterprise clients and government stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Design, implement, and manage personalized multi-channel campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and optimize customer journeys across email, messaging, and other digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and target outcomes.
  • Utilize data insights for personalization, campaign optimization, and monitor key metrics; perform A/B testing to improve performance.
  • Ensure data privacy and security compliance (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and provide troubleshooting/support to ensure campaigns run smoothly.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Personalization). 
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of customer journey design, segmentation strategies, and email marketing best practices. 
  • Proficiency in SQL, HTML/CSS, and working with dynamic content for campaign personalization (preferred).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and apply insights to optimize marketing performance. 
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with enterprise clients and government stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues promptly and effectively. 
  • Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification(s) (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant).
  • Experience with data management, including integrating Marketing Cloud with CRM platforms like Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Core responsibilities:

  • Campaign Design & Execution: Design, implement, and manage personalized multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 
  • Develop and optimize customer journeys to enhance customer engagement across email, messaging, and other digital touchpoints. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, IT) and client stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and target outcomes. 
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize data insights to improve personalization, optimize campaign performance, and drive higher customer engagement.
  • Monitor key metrics and recommend adjustments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Maintain best practices in data handling, privacy, and security to ensure compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Implement email marketing best practices, including segmentation, deliverability optimization, and A/B testing. 
  • Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Conduct troubleshooting and provide technical support to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and meet performance benchmarks.
