Min 2.5 years of Proven experience using AutoCAD for drafting plumbing layouts and documentation. Strong understanding of plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, venting, and gas systems. Ability to interpret and mark up architectural, structural, and engineering drawings. Familiarity with as-built drafting processes. High attention to detail and accuracy.

Core responsibilities:

Use AutoCAD to mark up and modify plumbing drawings based on initial plans and site instructions. Receive batches of project plans, complete mark-ups according to guidance, and submit for review by the onshore team. Prepare and adjust plumbing layouts, fixture locations, and service points accurately. Review hand-marked plans received from field staff post-completion.Draft accurate as-built versions in AutoCAD based on these hand-marked plans. Ensure all drawings comply with relevant plumbing standards and internal documentation practices. Communicate regularly with the project team for clarifications, updates, and revisions. Maintain version control and manage drawing records systematically.
