Roles & Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with partner carriers.
  • Monitoring loading/unloading and appointments; following up with customers regarding delays, missed appointments and late arrivals.
  • Proactive problem identification and timely communication of delays or incidents to Account Operations and Carrier Sales Teams.
  • Demonstrated professionalism with excellent telephone etiquette; bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) in a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

  • Serve as the primary liaison among Carrier Sales Representatives, Account Operations Team, and partner carriers to ensure KPI targets are met.
  • Monitor loading, unloading, and appointment scheduling; proactively follow up with customers regarding delays or missed/late arrivals.
  • Identify potential issues before they occur and escalate delays, accidents, or disruptions to the Account Operations and Carrier Sales teams.
  • Maintain professionalism, positive attitude, and strong communication; assist teammates as needed in a remote, bilingual environment.

This is a remote position.

This is a remote position - Tracking Coordinator - Evening Shift
Monday Through Wednesday 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST/ Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM- 4:00PM​

As a Tracking Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring we exceed our client’s KPI expectations. You will be the primary liaison between our Carrier Sales Representatives, Account Operations Team, and our partner carriers.






Requirements


  • Building and maintaining relationships with partner carriers
  • Monitor loading, unloading and appointments – follow up with customers regarding delays, missed appointments and late arrivals
  • Identifying potential problems before they occur
  •  Ensuring that any problems such as delays, accidents, etc., are communicated immediately to our Account Operations and Carrier Sales Teams
  • Demonstrates professionalism, positive attitude, and exceptional telephone etiquette.
  • Assist other team members when required.
