  • Absence Management expertise for applicable roles and experience with related modules (types, accruals, eligibility)
  • At least 1–2 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations and excellent client-facing communication skills

Requirements:

  • Lead functional implementation and configuration of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Redwood-based UI transformations across HCM modules
  • Configure Core HR components (Workforce Structures, Assignments, Legal Entities, Person Management) and Absence Management for applicable roles
  • Conduct client workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design; produce BRD/FSD, configuration documents, and SIT/UAT test cases
  • Manage data migration activities (HDL/HCM Extracts/FBDI), environment migrations, and collaborate with integrations and reporting teams; perform quarterly patch impact analysis and support stakeholders in UK/EU time zones

This is a remote position.

Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant – ORC / Redwood / Core HR (+ Absence)

Contract Duration :3 Months (Extendable based on project requirement)

Work Location: Remote / Hybrid (Based on Candidate Capability & Project Need)

Shift Timing- UK / EU Time Zone

Budget: Flexible – Based on Candidate Knowledge & Experience

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultants with strong hands-on expertise in:

  • Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
  • Redwood UI Framework
  • Core HR
  • (Absence Management – Mandatory for specific positions)

The consultant will lead functional implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, with a strong emphasis on Redwood adoption and ORC transformations.

 

Mandatory Skill Combinations

Candidates must have hands-on experience in either of the following:

Option 1:

  • ORC
  • Redwood
  • Core HR

  • ORC
  • Redwood
  • Core HR
  • Absence Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead functional implementation and configuration of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
  • Design and enable Redwood-based UI transformations across HCM modules.
  • Configure and support Core HR (Workforce Structures, Assignments, Legal Entities, Person Management).
  • Configure Absence Management (for applicable roles): absence types, accrual plans, eligibility profiles.
  • Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions.
  • Prepare and manage:
    • BRD / FSD documentation
    • Configuration documents
    • SIT / UAT test cases
  • Support data migration activities using HDL / HCM Extracts / FBDI.
  • Manage migration of setup changes between environments.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and reporting.
  • Perform quarterly patch impact analysis.
  • Support stakeholders in UK/EU time zones.

 

Required Experience

  • 5–10+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM Functional experience.
  • Strong implementation expertise in:
    • Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
    • Redwood UI
    • Core HR
  • Absence module expertise (for Option 2 role).
  • At least 1–2 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Security roles
    • Business objects
    • HCM workflows
    • Configuration and personalization
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills.

 

 

 




Salary: 40 LPA
