3+ years of recruitment experience (agency background strongly preferred)

What you'll do

Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers β consult on hiring plans, role design, market intelligence and competitive salary positioning.
Create a compelling candidate experience from first contact through onboarding: timely communications, clear expectations and strong employer-brand representation.
Use and maintain our ATS and data tools to track pipelines, report metrics (time-to-fill, source quality, conversion rates) and continuously improve processes.
Lead creative outreach campaigns (email sequences, social content, events) and experiment with new channels to lower cost-per-hire and speed time-to-fill.
