Responsibilities

  • Follow the group strategy to develop large-scale tire business agents in Asia-Pacific, sell company's own brand and agent brands, and achieve sales targets
  • Manage existing agent customers and business, maintain and upgrade relationships, broaden the range of sales products, and improve sales performance
  • Monitor and analyze customer needs, regulatory requirements and market trends; track relevant tire brands in the local market on production, sales, marketing and other key initiatives
  • Provide product training and after-sales support to customers; manage demand estimates and coordinate with supply chain to ensure on-time, quality delivery; manage accounts receivable and contract confirmation/signing

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Follow the overall strategy of the group company, develop large-scale tire business agents in the local countries or regions in the Asia-Pacific region, sell the company's own brand and agent brand tire products, and achieve the established sales target. 
  • Manage existing agent customers and business, maintain and upgrade customer relationships, broaden the range of sales products, and improve sales performance. 
  • Monitor and analyze customer needs, regulatory requirements and future development trends in the local market and track relevant tire brands in the corresponding market on production, sales, marketing and other important initiatives and activities. 
  • Provide product training and after-sales support to customers in corresponding markets and continuously improve customer satisfaction Manage demand estimates and work with supply chain colleagues to ensure on-time and quality delivery. 
  • Responsible for the management of customer accounts receivable, business contract confirmation and signing.

Requirements

  • Have experience in agent customer development and product sales in 1/2-line brand tire enterprises, and have certain agent customer resources in Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia or Australia and New Zealand. 
  • Familiar with mainstream tire products and market competition (PCR, TBR, LT); Understand tire production process, design requirements and main technical characteristics 
  • Must be able to communicate and negotiate in English fluently Familiar with upstream raw materials (such as rubber, resin and other chemicals) 


Qualifications

  • Educational Requirement: College degree or above
  • Work Experience: 3-5 years as Sales Manager in tire industry
